Caitlin Angiolillo did not learn about the healthcare system from the outside. A registered nurse since 2008, licensed in 12 states, she spent 18 years inside of it, and what she can do for your family is what those years actually built.

As a registered nurse and board certified case manager, Caitlin's career spans the entire spectrum of the medical machine, from the intensity of the hospital bedside to the intricate logistics of complex case management. She has sat in the discharge meetings where hospitals decide a patient's fate in minutes. She has written the care plans insurance companies approve, and fought the ones they deny. She has flagged the medication questions that slip through when no one is watching the whole picture, and translated impossible diagnoses into plans families can actually follow. She has seen the system at its absolute best, and she has seen exactly where it fails the people who need it most.

She has also run the system itself. As a Branch Director and as a Director of Quality and Compliance, Caitlin was responsible for operations reaching 100 to 150 staff across multiple sites, overseeing budgets, vendors, policy, safety investigations, and survey readiness. She helped lead an interdisciplinary program that supported roughly 800 people, coordinating clinicians, public safety partners, aging service agencies, and community resource networks. Most recently, she led a team of ten registered nurses in complex care and navigation. When PureView calls a hospital, an insurer, or a facility on your behalf, the person calling has held the jobs of the people on the other end of the line.

Eventually, Caitlin reached a breaking point. She watched families struggle to get basic access to care. She watched patients being told to go to the emergency room simply because their primary care doctor did not have time to see them. She watched families buckling under the strain of trying to manage a loved one's complex medical and social needs without any professional guidance.

She realized a fundamental truth: The healthcare system treats aging adults like numbers. But they deserve to be number one.

Caitlin founded PureView Private Care Management because she knew families needed an avenue for long term, elite support that the traditional system simply refuses to provide. Hospital social workers do not do social admissions anymore. If a family is struggling to manage care in the community, the hospital is no longer the place to go for help. However families describe what they are searching for, they are ultimately looking for the same thing: someone to take the wheel. She built PureView to be the antidote to fragmented care: an independent advocacy firm that works exclusively for the family, not the hospital network or the insurance company.

Her philosophy is rooted in a truth that the medical industry often ignores: true wellness requires a holistic approach. It is not just about going to the doctor and taking a pill. It is about understanding that food is medicine, movement is medicine, and proactive strategy is the only way to prevent the next crisis. She knows the red flags to watch for, when to make the phone call, and when not to make the phone call.
